1. Introduction

- 1.2. Agreement: By engaging our services or participating in our estate sales, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

- "Client" refers to the individual or entity engaging our services to conduct an estate sale.
- "Customer" refers to any individual purchasing items at the estate sale.
- "We," "us," or "our" refers to SNAZZY ESTATE SALES.
- "Estate Sale" refers to the event conducted by us to sell items from an estate.
2. Services Offered
- 2.1. Scope: We offer comprehensive estate sale services, including but not limited to, appraisal, staging, pricing, marketing, conducting the sale, and post-sale cleanup.
- 2.2. Specific Services: The specific services to be provided will be detailed in a separate contract with the Client.
- 2.3. Exclusions: We do not provide services such as item removal or disposal unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
3. Client Responsibilities
- 3.1. Access: The Client must provide us with timely and unrestricted access to the premises for the duration of the estate sale process.
- 3.2. Information: Client is responsible for providing accurate information about the items included in the estate sale, including any known defects or issues.
- 3.3. Utilities: The Client is responsible for ensuring that the premises have adequate utilities (electricity, water, etc.) for the duration of the sale.
4. Pricing and Payment
- 4.1. Commission: We charge a commission based on a percentage of the total sales revenue, as agreed upon in the contract with the Client.
